Job summary

Logoslabs in San Francisco seeks a Sr. Accounting Coordinator to manage AP/AR, credits, collections, expense processing, and project payments, ensuring timely and compliant financial transactions across corporate and project activities.

You will liaise with procurement, accountants, sponsors, vendors, and project teams; perform journal entries, reconciliations, and ad hoc reporting; and act as backup during absences while helping train staff on financial systems.

Qualifications

• Requires a college degree/diploma and 5 years of relevant experience.
• Accounting or finance specialty preferred; CPA designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate, review and submit invoices, payments, and project-related charges ensuring accuracy and compliance with corporate guidelines.
• Investigate payment/billing queries and resolve discrepancies with staff and vendors.
• Coordinate, monitor, and process project site payments and recoverable expenses and prepare site activity reports.
