Job summary

Universal Music Group is seeking a Coordinator, Finance to support vendor payments and budgeting for Marketing departments in Hollywood, CA. The role involves PO creation, vendor set-up, invoice processing, and month-end activities.

The ideal candidate will have an accounting/finance degree, strong communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office with experience in SAP and Accounts Payable. SAP/Uniport experience is a plus, and the role requires attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Experience with accounts payable, vendor setup, and budgeting processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support vendor payment processes and vendor setup for Marketing departments.
• Process high volume of invoices and ensure SAP/Uniport compliance.
• Code, create, and process purchase orders and overhead/marketing costs.
• Complete Marketing project setups in SAP and manage budget reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end close, journal entries, and budget variance resolution.
