• Coordinate funding requests for loan closings, draws, and sales

• Process checks, ACHs, and wire transfers using platforms such as Fiserv and Sage Intacct

• Review and approve wire transfers and ACH files

• Communicate with borrowers and title companies to support loan activity

• Record journal entries and support ongoing finance processes

• Assist the CFO with special projects and ad hoc tasks

• Associate degree or 2+ years of experience in accounting or financial administration

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
