Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or equivalent preferred.
• 0–10 years of related experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and SAP FI/CO desired.

Responsibilities

• Identify changes of process and control activities for KSOX and maintain internal control processes.
• Support manager to verify and assess Finance Processes and system risk.
• Communicate with key process stakeholders throughout yearly audit.
• Create and maintain process walk-through documents to meet headquarters KSOX requirements.
• Conduct yearly review of business processes and system risk and assessment.
• Provide ICFR data to headquarters and local auditors during audit phases.
• Coordinate with process leaders for review of operating sample tests.
• Monitor IT audit related to Finance with auditors.
• Administer and comply with BMS, EMS, and SMS requirements.
