Job summary

Inductotherm Corp. in Rancocas, New Jersey, is hiring a Controller for 100% on-site work, Monday–Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. You will serve as a strategic partner to the President and executive leadership, leading finance functions and driving business performance.

The role requires strong GAAP knowledge, ERP experience, and a track record of cross-functional leadership in manufacturing. A CPA or MBA is preferred, with at least five years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance required.
• CPA or MBA preferred.
• Five years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead GL, AP, AR, treasury, and financial close processes.
• Provide advisory support to the President and executive team.
• Oversee banking relationships and international transactions.
• Deliver budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Develop KPIs and executive dashboards for leadership.
• Mentor and develop the accounting/finance team.
