Qualifications

• Min. 10-15 years of progressive accounting experience, at least 5 in a controller role.
• Strong working knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Ability to mentor and develop a finance team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations including A/P, A/R, and payroll.
• Lead financial close processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide financial leadership to project managers and management.
