Qualifications

• Proven experience managing full-cycle accounting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with month-end close processes and statutory reporting.
• Preference for construction industry experience (3+ years).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full month-end close for timely, accurate reporting.
• Prepare and publish detailed monthly financial statements, budgets and forecasts.
• Analyze variances and provide data-driven recommendations to ownership.
• Liaise with external auditors and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Streamline job costing workflows to protect project margins.
• Maintain strict internal controls and well-organized financial records.
