Frontier Medicines is seeking a Director/Senior Director, Corporate Controller to lead the day-to-day accounting organization and build a reliable, scalable operating foundation for growth. You will own the monthly close, audits, internal controls, and partner with the VP Finance on SEC reporting.

In this hands-on role, you will manage a lean team, coordinate with external partners, and drive improvements in processes, systems, and control environments to support a public-company environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience with public company or IPO track.
• Strong command of U.S. GAAP and internal controls over financial reporting (SOX-ready).
• Experience with clinical and R&D accruals, stock-based compensation, and equity/debt transactions.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close in a public-company environment.
• Lead accounting operations including payroll, AP, cash, and equity administration.
• Own accruals for clinical and R&D programs from CRO/CMO contracts and site data.
• Develop and maintain internal controls over financial reporting.
• Manage outsourced accounting, tax, payroll, and valuation providers.
• Coordinate auditors and support SEC reporting and disclosure schedules.
