Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Controller – Medical Manufacturing to lead the U.S. accounting operations in a fast-growing healthcare manufacturing environment. This role centers on full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and continuous process improvements while partnering with senior leadership.

The ideal candidate will support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning and build scalable accounting processes, mentoring a small team and driving financial excellence across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA designation preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• Experience managing financial reporting, audits, compliance activities and internal controls.
• ERP experience with reporting/analytics tools; strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting functions including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, fixed assets, and commission accounting.
• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes; stay involved in daily accounting operations.
• Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
• Perform reconciliations of bank, balance sheet, and intercompany accounts.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness and integrity of financial information.
