General Function

Provides functional expertise and decision support including, but not limited to, developing/maintaining standard models to support financial plans and forecasts, coordinating with marketing partners to incorporate business inputs, evaluating actuals/variances, performing financial analyses and supporting reporting requirements.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibility for development of financial plans, forecasts and estimates supporting the marketing functions.
Develops forecast for line items, prepares/maintains supporting documentation and tracks key assumptions, contingencies, etc.
Financial partner with brand/shared leaders to capture key inputs for planning process, identifying risks/opportunities for consideration.
Identifies opportunities to improve the accuracy and timeliness of forecasting processes.
Responsibility for monthly close and results analysis and reporting.
Supports month-end closing process by preparing journal entries/accruals and working with accounting to address inconsistencies or errors.
Complete detailed review/analysis of actual results on a monthly basis including understanding of variances vs plan/forecast/estimate, timing, etc.
Prepare monthly variance commentary and support standard reporting requirements.
Participates in special projects and create ad hoc analysis as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

3+ years of relevant experience
Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting
Strong analytical/problem solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Solid organizational and multi-tasking skills
Systems – advanced excel skills, experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Hyperion Essbase

Pay Range: 78,554.00 - 109,281.60

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
