Job summary

Dermatology Specialists of West Georgia, P.C. is seeking an experienced Accounting & Finance Manager to lead the complete finance operations for the practice. You will own general ledger, monthly close, payroll, and intercompany accounting across three clinical locations and four brands.

You will produce timely financial reporting, manage budgets, and provide strategic financial insights to ownership. The role requires hands-on execution and a focus on margin, cost, and growth in a multi-brand

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
CPA certification strongly preferred.
5+ years of progressive accounting experience in a healthcare or multi-site environment.
Demonstrated ownership of full-cycle accounting and month-end close.
Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and ADP Workforce Now.
Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Own bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online, including journal entries and GL integrity.
Manage monthly close process on a consistent, timely calendar.
Produce location-level and service-line P&Ls across multiple entities.
Lead annual budget and periodic forecasts with variance analysis.
Oversee payroll for ~70 employees (ADP Workforce Now).
Ensure internal controls and compliance across locations.
