Qualifications

• Associate or higher degree in accounting/finance with 3+ years in accounts payable.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and the ability to reconcile balance sheets.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems; AP automation experience (Bill.com, Divvy) preferred.
• Healthcare/multi-location accounting experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organized, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work independently and with teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the organization’s accounts payable function.
• Support general accounting activities, financial reporting, and monthly close.
• Ensure accurate financial records and internal controls; timely vendor payments.
• Assist in cross-location collaboration and inter-entity accounting tasks.
