Job summary

Anatomage, a leader in medical visualization, seeks a Finance Manager/Controller to oversee accounting, payroll, treasury, tax compliance, and financial controls. You will guide strategic finance initiatives and ensure accurate reporting to leadership.

Lead month-end close, ERP migration efforts, and development of accounting policies while mentoring staff. On-site in Santa Clara with competitive compensation and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA designation preferred.
• Minimum 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• Minimum 3+ years managing an accounting team.
• Experience leading month-end close and financial reporting.
• ERP implementations or migrations experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Payroll administration: semi-monthly payroll and commissions, bonus payments, payroll compliance.
• Bank and treasury management: manage bank accounts, wire transfers, ACH, cash forecasting.
• Month-end close: lead close, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Tax compliance and reporting: payroll, sales/use tax, state/local filings, audits.
• Financial documentation & ad hoc reporting: analyses, schedules, audits, COIs.
• ERP migration support: lead finance aspects, data migration, system testing.
