Job summary

Intersurgical Inc. USA in Indianapolis is seeking a Controller to lead finance operations. This hands-on role will stabilize Accounts Payable, resolve intercompany issues, strengthen internal controls, and develop a two‑person AP team under the VP of Finance, US.

As stabilization occurs, the Controller will take on month-end close, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and broader financial planning with US leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 6+ years in accounting/finance with AP, GL, reconciliations, and month-end exposure.
• Proven ability to lead staff and improve processes.
• Strong ERP proficiency and intercompany experience.

Responsibilities

• Stabilize AP operations and strengthen internal controls.
• Lead a two-person AP team and partner with AR manager on handoffs.
• Expand to month-end close, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Collaborate with global and US finance for cross‑functional improvements.
• Drive process improvements and deliver actionable financial insights.
