This role reports to the Chief of Staff & Head of Finance, supervises accounting staff, leads monthly, quarterly and annual closes, and partners with operations to drive cost control and robust internal controls.

Job Summary: In this role, you will manage and maintain the cost/operational accounting system, incorporating understanding of manufacturing operations and generally accepted accounting practices. The Controller owns MVP's accounting operations, financial reporting, tax compliance, and external audit relationship, and serves as the primary technical accounting partner to the Chief of Staff & Head of Finance. This role is responsible for the integrity of the general ledger. This position will take direction with general supervision from the Chief of Staff & Head of Finance and requires interaction with all levels of the organization.
