• Private markets transactions experience at an asset manager or private equity firm preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial due diligence across acquisitions and divestments, partnering with deal teams and stakeholders to assess valuation and operational considerations.
• Manage multiple work streams with internal stakeholders and external advisors throughout the investment and divestment process.
• Advise on holding structures and funding mechanisms, evaluating accounting and valuation impacts and driving implementation.
• Prepare and review market valuations for private investments in line with corporate policies.
• Review financial controls across asset operations and coordinate with external auditors.
• Oversee the investment holding platform, including corporate secretarial functions and financial reporting.
• Partner with the operations team on funding requirements, including liaising with banks on funding guidelines.

This role focuses on the finance, accounting, and reporting aspects of deal cycles, along with the ongoing monitoring of investment structuring and valuation across the Americas private market investment teams. It's a strong fit whether you're coming out of audit or already in-house at an asset manager or real estate/PE firm, working closely with deal teams and external advisors throughout the investment lifecycle.
