Job summary

Aebi Schmidt in Minnesota seeks an experienced Finance Controller to oversee all aspects of financial management, including regulatory, operational and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, and development of internal control policies and procedures. Finance Controller responsibilities will also include financial risk management.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Experience with creating financial statements.
• Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process, including annual audit.
• Excellent accounting software user and administration skills.
• Ability to effectively work and create effective partnerships with employees at all levels within the organization.
• Experience leading initiatives and projects with cross functional teams in a highly complex, fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail with the ability to identify issues and propose solutions to non-standard situation.

Responsibilities
