Job summary

Aebi Schmidt USA is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to oversee all aspects of financial management, regulatory reporting, and internal controls. The role includes preparing budgets and forecasts, managing month-end closes, and ensuring accurate financial statements.

You will lead risk management, cash flow, and compliance with state and federal requirements while partnering across departments to drive financial discipline and strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Experience with creating financial statements.
• Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process, including annual audit.
• Excellent accounting software user and administration skills.
• Ability to effectively work and create effective partnerships with employees at all levels within the organization.
• Experience leading initiatives and projects with cross functional teams in a highly complex, fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail with the ability to identify issues and propose solutions to non-standard situation.

Finance Controller responsibilities will also include financial risk management.
