Qualifications

• Experience in Finance, Risk, Controls, or Audit within banking.
• Understanding of financial reporting controls and SOX concepts.
• Ability to coordinate deliverables across multiple owners.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Degree in Accounting or Finance.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of the SOX and Financial Reporting risk framework, including scoping, assessments, and remediation tracking.
• Coordinate governance of SOX deficiencies and operational risk events with timely escalation.
• Review Balance Sheet substantiation, disclosure risks, and control exceptions.
• Prepare risk and control reporting for senior management and governance committees.
• Collaborate with Risk Management, Control Owners, and Internal/External Audit.
• Drive continuous enhancement of the finance control environment.
