Job summary

enGen is seeking a seasoned executive to lead the Oracle ERP Cloud suite, including Finance, Supply Chain, and Project Portfolio Management. You will oversee day-to-day IT applications support, manage a mixed onshore/offshore team, and drive strategic initiatives for Finance IT services.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive Oracle Cloud ERP experience, and the ability to partner with senior leaders to optimize financial processes and controls.

Qualifications

• 7 years of managing successful projects and implementing technical solutions across a Cloud technology platform.
• 5 years in a management or leadership role.
• 5 years with Oracle Cloud ERP applications or similar Cloud ERP technology (implementation and/or support).

Responsibilities

• Lead hiring decisions, coaching and development, and staff performance management.
• Design and lead the implementation of the finance system portfolio based on business strategy and requirements.
• Coordinate system enhancements and cloud quarterly upgrades to ensure optimal performance and data integrity.
• Ensure financial modules are functioning effectively and that quality measures are in place.
• Lead and develop a high-skilled team with cloud expertise onshore and offshore.
• Manage relationships with major Finance IT vendors to meet organizational needs.
