Job summary

Dun & Bradstreet is seeking an Accountant to support financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in accounting processes. The role involves preparing financial statements, managing general ledger activities, and assisting audits, while coordinating with other departments.

The position requires a Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or Auditing, 2+ years of experience, and strong knowledge of local statutory accounting and tax compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or Auditing.
• Qualified Chartered Accountant is preferred but not essential.
• 2+ years significant financial and accounting experience.
• In-depth knowledge of local statutory accounting, regulations, and tax compliance.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with taxation and transfer pricing is desirable.
• Proficiency in financial systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday).
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Able to handle large workloads in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare various portions of the accounting close, including standards.
• Manage Fixed Asset subledger, manual journal entries, and accrued expenses/revenues.
• Assist auditors with queries and statutory accounts preparation.
• Provide auditors with detailed information and supporting documents.
• Support payroll processing and analysis.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly close.
• Prepare financial statements with variance analysis.
• Apply GAAP knowledge to Revenue accounting, accruals, and fixed assets.
• Reconcile Balance Sheet accounts and SOX controls.
