Job summary

Mercer Advisors invites applicants for a Summer 2027 internship to work with our client service teams and deliver exceptional experiences to families. You will communicate with clients by phone and email, assist with service requests, and support daily operations in a fast-paced financial planning environment.

The 10-week program offers mentorship, professional development, and exposure to real-client coursework.

Qualifications

Must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s (rising Junior or Senior) or Master’s program.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Interest and passion for development of financial services industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

Assist with client service requests and special projects with priority on client satisfaction.
Utilize the CRM system to track client information and data.
Support the team with administrative tasks.
Serve as onsite dedicated service associate on client issues.
Research and resolve client concerns with local and centralized teams.
Adhere to compliance/risk procedures and corporate protocols.
Ensure paperwork and procedures for client requests meet company requirements.
Contribute to a positive, empowering environment across teams.
