Greenspring Advisors invites rising college seniors to an intensive 9-week on-site internship across Towson, Lancaster, and New York City. You’ll gain hands-on experience in retirement planning, financial planning, private wealth, investment operations, and marketing while working directly with senior advisors.

You’ll collect client data, assist with reports and case studies, and participate in mentoring sessions to build industry-ready skills and professional presence.

Qualifications

• Rising college senior pursuing Financial Planning, Finance, Accounting or Business with a wealth management focus.
• GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Strong written and verbal communication; client service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and review data from clients for estate, retirement, tax, education, and insurance planning.
• Collaborate with intern cohort on tasks, projects, and presentations.
• Enter data into software tools with accuracy and efficiency.
• Produce financial planning reports for Lead and Senior Advisors to present to clients.
• Prepare responses to case studies and educational topics; conduct research on industry topics.
• Provide general administrative support.
