AIDS Healthcare Foundation is seeking a highly organized financial support specialist to join our finance team in Fort Lauderdale. The role focuses on routine accounting and clerical tasks to support accurate financial recordkeeping.

You will handle data entry for accounts payable and receivable, process invoices and journal entries under supervision, assist with budget tracking, and respond to inquiries. Strong Excel and accounting basics are required.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years related experience.
• Familiar with accounts payable/receivable and financial recordkeeping.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Strong numerical aptitude and data entry accuracy.

Aufgaben

• Perform data entry for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other financial transactions.
• Process invoices, purchase orders, receipts, and payments.
• Prepare and process journal entries under supervision.
• Assist with budget tracking and expenditure monitoring.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding fiscal matters.
• Assist with audits by gathering and organizing required documentation.
• Perform general administrative duties related to finance and accounting.
• Assist with projects and performs other duties as assigned.
