Hyatt Regency Seattle is seeking a Finance Clerk to join the Accounting team, supporting the daily operations of the department and maintaining accurate financial records. This role helps the Finance Operations Director and Assistant Director of Finance with clerical tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Based in Seattle, the position involves processing payables/receivables, invoicing, data entry, and contributing to monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process and record accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Assist with invoice creation, distribution, and follow-up.
• Prepare and maintain financial documents and spreadsheets.
• Perform data entry and organize financial records.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing inquiries.
• Provide general administrative support to the Finance team as needed.
