Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in finance or accounting or related field.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data; strong accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ad hoc and scheduled analyses of IU and IUF financial activity.
• Investigate variances, identify trends, and explain activity underlying numbers.
• Summarize data into narratives meaningful to unit leaders for decision-making.
• Explain financial concepts to non-financial staff clearly.
• Support financial transaction processing and ensure policy compliance.
• Review transactions for policy compliance and coordinate with Shared Services.
• Adjust entries in KFS and reconcile statements timely.
• Stay informed on AI and automation tools to improve reporting.
