Job summary

CRC Group is seeking a Finance Business Partner for Property and Select to build strong partnerships with two product lines. You will lead forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, providing decision support to senior leaders and guiding cost management and workforce planning.

A CPA/CFA/FPAC/MBA is preferred, with ERP and planning tool experience. You will translate financial insights into business actions, develop KPI design, and communicate effectively with executives while shaping

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• 7–10 years of FP&A or Corporate Finance experience preferred.
• Advanced FP&A and financial planning skills; strong analytical ability.

Responsibilities

• Own financial forecasts, budgets, and planning activities for two Specialty product lines.
• Establish budgeting cadence aligned with operating rhythm.
• Provide performance insights and decision support for leaders.

As Finance Business Partner for Property and Select, you will build and sustain strong strategic partnerships with the leadership teams of two product lines while providing financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and decision support. Specific activities may change from time to time. * Own financial forecasts, business outlooks, annual budgets, and recurring planning activities for two Specialty product lines.* Establish practical budgeting processes and a consistent financial management cadence aligned with the business’s operating rhythm.* Provide financial analysis, performance insights, and decision support that help leaders understand results, risks, and opportunities.* Deliver compensation and incentive analysis, including support related to unvalidated producers.* Drive disciplined cost management, workforce planning, and hiring decisions in partnership with business leadership.**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
