Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive Finance or FP&A experience, including managing finance professionals.
• Experience serving as a Finance Business Partner to senior Technology, Engineering, or Product organizations.
• Strong people-leadership skills with experience coaching and holding teams accountable.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary finance partner to Technology and Product senior leaders.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Finance Business Partners.
• Analyze P&L results and recommend investment shifts.
