Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a Finance Manager IC for Technology Finance, hybrid in Seattle, WA.

The role serves as the main finance partner to Tech and Product SVP/VPs, guiding planning, performance management, and strategic decisions across fast-moving portfolios. You will lead P&L analysis, drive monthly reviews, and collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, Tax, and Sourcing to ensure accurate forecasting and strong governance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance or economics (preferred).
8+ years of progressive Finance/FP&A experience.
Experience as Finance Business Partner to senior leaders, ideally in Technology/Engineering/Product.
Strong planning, forecasting, and analytical skills; ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

Act as primary finance partner to Technology and Product SVP/VP leaders, supporting decision-making.
Analyze and track P&L with weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting; identify trends and provide recommendations.
Lead monthly business reviews and in-year outlooks with risks and opportunities.
Own financial inputs, assumptions, and narratives for portfolios; coordinate with FP&A on forecasting and reporting.
Drive process improvements, automation, and forecasting discipline across Tech portfolios.
