Amazon is hiring a Sr. Financial Analyst in Seattle to support the WW Amazon Business Product & Technology organization. You will act as a finance business partner to senior tech leadership, owning HC/OpEx planning, investment analysis, and financial reporting for a fast-growing technology group.

You will develop scalable financial models, deliver actionable insights to VP-level leadership, and drive operational rigor in resource allocation across engineering, product, and TPM teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of cross-functional initiatives for financial performance and strategy.
• 4+ years of automation and analysis process improvements.
• 3+ years of finance or related analytical field experience.
• 3+ years of dissecting financial data to support business strategy.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own HC and OpEx forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting for WW AB Product & Technology org.
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate tech investment tradeoffs and headcount scenarios.
• Partner with senior tech leadership to translate priorities into financial plans and hiring decisions.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly business reviews with data-driven narratives for VP-level audiences.
• Drive process improvements in financial planning cycles for technology costs and ROI.
• Provide accurate financial models and insights to inform decisions and resource allocation.
