Brown & Brown, Inc. is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the Portland region. The role collaborates with Senior Finance Partners, Team Leaders, and Profit Center Leaders to drive financial performance and strategic planning.

The candidate will prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly reporting, while mentoring finance staff and ensuring data integrity across systems. Hybrid work in Portland, OR.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in an Accounting or Finance position.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel 10-20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Prepares financial statements, reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Acts as liaison between COE and Profit Center to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Compiles data, ensures accuracy, and supports month-end close and ad hoc finance tasks.
• Partners with leaders through FP&A and strategic planning to drive performance.

The Finance Business Partner supports the region through finance and operations functions, FP&A, and strategic planning.
