Job summary

Boly Welch is seeking a seasoned Finance Business Partner to lead costing for a major manufacturing organization in Gresham, Oregon. You will apply deep accounting expertise to drive cost insights and business impact across product standards, material costs, BOMs, and routings.

You will partner with the Senior Finance Business Partner on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, supporting process improvements and regular reporting in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in costing or finance business partnership.
• Experience with R&D tax credit claims.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• JD Edwards experience preferred; CMA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive costing processes for multiple states.
• Maintain standard costing and weighted average costing methods.
• Collaborate on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Facilitate process improvements and regular reporting.
• Work primarily in-office, in Gresham, OR.

Are you a seasoned costing professional who know how to turn financial insight into business impact? We’re looking for a strategic Finance Business Partner to bring deep accounting expertise, strong commercial instincts, and a collaborative approach to a major manufacturing organization.

Asthe Finance Business Partner,you’lldrive this company’s costing processes for multiple states. This will include manufactured product standards,purchasedmaterial costs, bills of material, routingtimes,and more. Yourpreviousexperience in the field will be crucial, as your understanding of andmaintainingstandard costing and weighted average costing methods will ensure theappropriate treatmentof discrete and process manufactured collateral.

You’llreport directly to and work closely with the Senior Finance Business Partner, collaborating on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.You’llalso be expected tofacilitateprocess improvements and regularreporting.
