Job summary

Boly:Welch in Gresham, OR is seeking a seasoned Finance Business Partner to lead costing for multiple states in a large manufacturing environment.

You will own standard costing, BOMs, routing times, and variances, and partner with the Senior FP&A to drive budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. This role emphasizes strategic costing and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline required
• 7+ years of experience in Costing or Finance Business Partnership
• Experience with R&D Tax Credit Claims
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and ERP required
• Proficiency in JD Edwards preferred
• Certified Management Accountant is preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead costing processes for multiple states, including manufactured product standards, purchased material costs, bills of material, and routing times.
• Maintain standard costing and weighted average costing methods to ensure accurate treatment of discrete and process manufactured items.
• Collaborate with the Senior Finance Partner on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Facilitate process improvements and regular reporting.
• Work primarily in-office in Gresham.
