Job summary

Boly Welch is seeking a seasoned Finance Business Partner to lead costing for a major manufacturing organization in Gresham, Oregon. You will apply deep accounting expertise to drive cost insights and business impact across product standards, material costs, BOMs, and routings.

You will partner with the Senior Finance Business Partner on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, supporting process improvements and regular reporting in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in costing or finance business partnership.
• Experience with R&D tax credit claims.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• JD Edwards experience preferred; CMA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive costing processes for multiple states.
• Maintain standard costing and weighted average costing methods.
• Collaborate on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Facilitate process improvements and regular reporting.
• Work primarily in-office, in Gresham, OR.
