We are looking for a trusted finance business partner to join our Sales Finance team. You will report directly to the Finance Director of ACS Sales Finance and is the primary business partner to the Senior Director of ACS AMER Named Sales. You will work remotely and preferably be based on the West Coast or Pacific Time Zone. You will demonstrate independence and integrity in decision-making and business judgment. A strong knowledge of information systems, financial planning, accounting, strategic planning, risk assessment, and business development is required. You are the right candidate for the role if you demonstrate strong collaboration skills, financial aptitude, excellent business intuition, and the capability to work at multiple levels, including high-level strategy and day-to-day financial details.
This finance business partner will have frequent interactions and collaborate with the local sales teams, cross-functional deal teams, and finance teams and enable optimal and informed business decisions through strong, effective analysis and key business insights.
Responsibilities
Partnering with ACS Americas Named Sales leaders to drive topline growth and achieve financial goals on Annual Contract Value (ACV), value-based renewal rates, net revenue retention rates, billings, and revenue
Managing and maintaining the weekly ACV and billings forecast
Presenting quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and quarterly business planning (QBPs). Evaluate the financial performance of the sales team, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and communicate actionable insights and recommendations to the sales leaders
Leading the development of the global ACS-named target-setting model during the annual business planning cycle
Serving as the lead for ACS Named reporting globally, providing analysis to all ACS Named teams
Tracking Cloud migration to EBA and analyzing its impact on sales forecasting
Becoming an SME on ACS EBA business, understanding expansion potentials of all named accounts, and providing deal structure guidance and review support with close partnership with Deal Operations
Acting as a liaison in Sales Finance community for Americas Named Account deals involving ACS products
Establishing relationships with other groups such as Sales Ops, Renewals, Legal, Commissions, Revenue Accounting, Tax, etc. to support the Sales Teams
Assisting in process improvement on pipeline management through salesforce.com
Driving continuous improvement of financial processes, systems and tools, leveraging best practices and automation
Acting as fiduciary in the best interest of the company, free of conflicts of interest and with objectivity, integrity, and truthfulness
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor degree (finance, business or accounting)
8+ years of progressively responsible business & finance experience
5+ years' experience providing financial, operational, and administrative support to high tech sales organizations
Articulate and concise with strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Influencing skills at various levels (staff, peers, superiors) are very important
Ability to stay abreast of important details as well as distill knowledge into an easily communicable message is critical
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines
Strong team player
Ability to work on cross-functional teams across the globe
CPA or MBA is desired but not required
Anaplan, Salesforce and Power BI experience a plus

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $107,400 and $173,800. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
