Our Finance team are a vital partner in every aspect of our business, providing commercial insights to drive our success and influence everything we do. With presence in every department, we analyse performance, and deliver actionable insights that shape our strategic decisions.
We have an opportunity available for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our Property Finance team. This role will see you lead the planning and performance processes for property, including new space incremental sales, capital, opex and write offs, focusing on continuous improvement and ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders.
Please note: This role is a 12-month fixed term contract, parental cover.
You will also;
We’re looking for a strong financial business partnering background, ideally within the Property space, or retail/FMCG. You’ll have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to educate financial and non-financial stakeholders, as well as be comfortable challenging and influencing key stakeholders and working cross-functionally to deliver what’s required.
