Job summary

Eurasia Group, headquartered in New York, is seeking a Data Analyst within Finance and Business Insights to deliver high-impact insights, build scalable data products, and support data-driven decision making across the business.

You will partner with Finance and stakeholders to translate ideas into measurable questions, design data models with SQL and dbt, deploy production-ready code via Git, and present findings using Power BI to non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of analytics, BI, or related role.
• Advanced SQL and analytical problem-solving.
• Experience with dbt and Git workflows.
• Ability to independently research and troubleshoot.
• Strong finance acumen, KPIs, P&L concepts.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance and stakeholders to turn ideas into clear business questions.
• Identify trends, risks, opportunities from data analysis.
• Develop dashboards in Power BI and present findings to diverse audiences.
• Design scalable data models and reporting layers using SQL and dbt.
