Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in analytics, BI, analytics engineering, finance analytics, or related roles.
• Advanced SQL expertise and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
• Experience with dbt and Git version control, producing production-ready code.
• Demonstrated ability to independently research, troubleshoot, and implement technical solutions.
• Strong finance acumen with KPIs, P&L, budgeting/forecasting, and business drivers.
• Experience creating dashboards (Power BI preferred) and communicating insights to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance and stakeholders to turn vague ideas into clear business questions with goals and metrics.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis.
• Develop dashboards in Power BI and present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable data models and reporting layers using SQL and dbt.
• Collaborate on production-ready code via Git workflows and CI/CD processes.
• Troubleshoot data issues, improve data quality, and document datasets and logic.
