Job summary

The AES Group in Point Mugu, CA is seeking a Financial Manager with 3+ years of experience to provide analytical and project-management support in the Point Mugu area. The role requires budgeting, financial systems know-how, and reporting to client leads.

You will track budgets, monitor schedules, perform cost analyses, and reconcile funding using ERP, G-Invoicing, MIPRs, and MS Project. Travel ~10 weeks to various locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of financial management experience.
• Experience with budget analysis and cost reporting.
• Hands-on ERP and CSPT experience in an analyst role.
• Experience with G-Invoicing and MIPRs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Track project budgets and cost analyses.
• Monitor execution schedules and burn rates.
• Reconcile funding and expenditures across ERP systems.
• Prepare financial reports and briefing materials.
• Support planning meetings and action-item tracking.
• Ensure compliance with client rules and policies.
• Travel approximately 10 weeks to listed locations.
