Qualifications

• Experience with DoD FMR and FAR regulations.
• Hands-on Navy ERP and CSPT experience.
• Proficiency with G-Invoicing and MIPRs.
• Advanced MS Office: Word, Excel (pivot), Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Track budgets, monitor execution schedules, and prepare cost/budget analyses.
• Support mission planning with Navy ERP and DoN tools.
• Prepare financial reports and briefing materials for government leads.
• Analyze spend plans and long-term funding strategies.
• Maintain schedules and monitor cost baselines; identify variances.
• Provide meeting support and record action items.
• Ensure compliance with DoD FMR, FAR, and NAVAIR rules.
• Travel approximately 10 weeks to specified locations.
