Qualifications

• Familiarity with Navy ERP, and DoD financial tools like G-Invoicing and MIPRs.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of DoD FMR and FAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Track budgets, monitor execution schedules, and prepare cost/budget analyses.
• Assist in financial reporting, briefing materials, and decision-support products for government leads.
• Analyze financial trends and monitor spend plans and funding allocations.
• Perform execution tracking, burn rate calculations, and variance analysis.
• Reconcile funding and expenditures using Navy ERP and DoN tools.
• Support project milestones, scheduling, and cost baselines; travel ~10 weeks.
