You will provide utility-wide financial services to ensure fiscal viability, compliance, and operational optimization, including strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Public Administration, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least two years of experience analyzing processes, procedures, operations, systems or methods, including budget/financial management or research analysis.

Aufgaben

• Performing utility-wide operating budget development, research, analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
• Analysis and recommendations for solving budgetary, fiscal or operational challenges that may lead to policy development.
• Research, development and implementation of procurement efficiencies across the utility.
• Providing advanced financial reporting for revenue bond sales, SEC disclosures, and Statistical Reporting.
• Conducting advanced research and analysis projects and communicating results to leadership and stakeholders.
• Conducting special projects as needed.
