Confluence Health in Washington state is seeking a Financial Budget Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. The role partners with operational and clinical leaders to develop annual budgets, monitor performance, and provide actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.
The position may be done remotely with residency in WA or other eligible states, and reports to the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager. Experience with Axiom and healthcare finance is preferred.

The Financial Budget Analyst is responsible for supporting the organization's budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance analysis functions. This position partners with operational and clinical leaders to develop annual budgets, monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and provide actionable financial insights that support strategic decision-making. The analyst plays a key role in maintaining financial discipline, supporting regulatory reporting requirements, and ensuring the integrity of financial planning and reporting processes.
