Job summary

DigiKey Electronics is seeking a Principal Business Intelligence Developer to lead the implementation and support of BI solutions, including reports, dashboards, analytics, and scorecards for business stakeholders. This role emphasizes delivering accurate data and actionable insights.

You will design BI platforms from the ground up, partner with leadership, mentor team members, and ensure usability and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in IT or related field with BI experience.
• Experience presenting BI solutions to leadership.
• Ability to mentor and motivate team members.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.
• Experience with BI tools such as MicroStrategy, Tableau, SAS, Sigma.
