The Analyst will develop weekly, monthly and annual reports, build dashboards, and perform ad-hoc analyses, collaborating with Finance teams to uncover data-driven insights and drive measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Four-year Bachelor's or equivalent required; MBA or other Master's degree preferred.
• Two to three years related business analysis experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to work with all levels of personnel.

Responsibilities

• Develop weekly, monthly and annual reports to track KPIs for Finance.
• Create reporting tools and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
• Conduct cost and productivity analyses and present findings to executives.
• Translate analytics into actionable recommendations to optimize processes.
• Respond to ad-hoc data requests and automate manual reports where possible.
