Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Experience leading automation and finance transformation initiatives.

• Ability to manage large data sets and drive insights.
• Strong communication and cross-functional partnership skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily finance activities for consolidation, close, planning and forecasting.
• Lead automation projects to improve reporting and analytical capabilities.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting across lines of business.
• Develop governance and controls for scalable planning processes.
• Partner with HR, Treasury, Finance and stakeholders on priorities.
• Provide actionable insights through variance analysis and reporting.
