Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Capacity Management Project Manager within the Enterprise Data Platform team based in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on analytics, executive reporting, and operational insights to support capacity planning and financial governance.

You will perform detailed capacity and metrics analysis, own volume forecasting, and deliver executive-level presentations translating data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead delivery of complex initiatives, leveraging Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficient in SQL and Python.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment with competing priorities.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery (kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates).
• Manages coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams.
• Facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support deliverable completion and timeline.
• Provides status updates for deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks, issues, and schedule.
• Works with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure execution is aligned with deliverable requirements.
• Supports resource planning for delivery and execution.
• Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards.
