Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst within the Compensation and Benefits Finance Team to drive enterprise-wide forecasting, profitability analysis, and reporting. You will partner with HR, Treasury and Finance on complex analyses, supporting strategic initiatives and process improvements for efficient financial management.

Ideal candidates have strong Excel skills, data visualization experience, and a proven ability to communicate findings to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or relevant work experience.
Detail oriented with track record of accuracy in high visibility responsibilities.
Analytical abilities / financial acumen to interpret results and explain impact.
Strong organization and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
Advanced Excel skills.
Experience processing and visualizing large data sets.
Strong communication, organizational, presentation, analytical and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Reviews, challenges, and reports on forecasts and budgets by comparing performance to plan.
Compiles financial information from a Line of Business and consolidated perspective.
Develops dashboards and reports using MS Office and analytics tools.
Collaborates with Finance teams to ensure integrity of financials and controls.
Supports projects by automating reporting capabilities and improving processes.
Exhibits attention to detail and analytical thinking in deliverables.
