Job summary

Interlink Recruitment in Dallas is seeking a Finance Associate Attorney with 4-8 years of experience to join its Finance Practice Group. The ideal candidate will handle sophisticated finance transactions, draft and negotiate credit agreements, and advise on matters for financial institutions, private credit funds, and private equity sponsors.

Qualified candidates will have a JD from an accredited law school and be admitted to the Texas Bar in good standing.

Qualifications

4-8 years of experience on varied finance transactions.
Experience executing finance transactions, including acquisition financings.
Strong experience drafting and negotiating credit agreements and related closing documentation.
Lender-side and/or borrower-side leveraged finance experience is a plus.
JD from an accredited law school.
Admitted to and in good standing with the Texas Bar.

Responsibilities

Execute sophisticated finance transactions, including acquisition financings.
Draft and negotiate credit agreements and related closing documentation.
Represent clients in a broad range of complex financing transactions.
Advise financial institutions, private credit funds, and private equity sponsors on transactional matters.
Handle lender-side and/or borrower-side leveraged finance matters.
Work directly with clients and collaborate with attorneys across the firm's global offices.
Contribute to business development efforts and develop long-term client relationships.
