Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience on varied finance transactions.
• Experience executing finance transactions, including acquisition financings.
• Strong experience drafting and negotiating credit agreements and related closing documentation.
• Lender-side and/or borrower-side leveraged finance experience is a plus.
